This Privacy Policy explains how Fetan Technology LLC ("Ride 24," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Ride 24 mobile applications — the rider (customer) app and the driver (partner) app — and related services (together, the "Services").
In‑app voice calls are transmitted in real time through our calling provider to connect a rider and a driver. Call audio is processed transiently to deliver the call and is not recorded or stored by Ride 24.
Drivers may purchase a directory subscription to publish a listing. Payments are processed by our third‑party payment processor (Stripe). Your card details are entered directly into the processor's secure interface; Ride 24 does not receive or store full card numbers. We retain subscription records (such as plan, status, and dates). Ride 24 does not process payments for rides.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you request); our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Services); your consent (for example, location and notification permissions, which you can withdraw); and compliance with legal obligations.

These providers are authorized to use your information only to perform services for us and are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data‑protection obligations. Their own handling of data is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Riders may provide an approximate area (city/ZIP) to find nearby drivers. Drivers who choose to make their listing "Visible" share precise device location so their listing can appear at their location; this stops when the listing is turned off or when location permission is revoked. You can control location access at any time through your device's operating‑system settings.
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de‑identify associated personal data, except information we are required or permitted by law to retain.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights in the app or by contacting us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
You can delete your account and associated personal data directly in the app: open Profile → Delete Account. You may also request deletion by emailing us at fetantechno@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Certain records may be retained where required by law (for example, transaction records).
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Ride 24 is operated from the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data‑protection laws than your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
